opening part of my last set down at the monthly Bu Tea Den residency in Los Angeles. what I love about crowds, vibe and music selection is you are always inspired by what's in the room when you show up. and for the opening 45 mins or so I was inspired to float out cuban/latin vibes with Vietnamese soul/funk and Hong Kong drenched canto-soul vibes that's almost city pop but really it's own thing. and the bring it all back home with some jazz. music is fun.
