I've known about this competition for such a long time and I've been buying BBE records for such a long time too that despite tons on work piling up beside me I had to come correct and get a mix out today.
In true playjazzloud tradition I've gone for some a little different and focusing on the great selection of compilations that I picked up way back, which formed my education in soul, funk, jazz and disco. Thank you BBE.
What has been great about the label is the diversity and the quality. You can see this in the mixtapes for this competition they are all different all quality.
