All Is Yours (Songs of Faith or Jesus Is Way Cool)

A heathen, conceivably, but not, I hope, an unenlightened one, and at this time of year, this heathen likes to handpick a few Xian tracks from his vinyl collection. This is the 10th year this mix series has appeared and the 11th mix. Each mix has new unused tracks to the series, featuring Xian, folk, soft rock, and gospel with one thing in common, God. I'm not preaching, I'm an atheist but I have a huge soft spot for this sound.

When the dream of the '60s youth revolution was dying and the cynical Seventies arrived, the hippies were on a new path and looking for answers. A new counterculture movement emerged on the West Coast. Jesus Freaks were hippies for God. Some say if 1967 was the Summer of Love, then 1971 was the Summer of Jesus.
