Sun Hammer presents a selection of music he found profoundly inspiring during his initial immersion into the software Max/MSP in 2007-2008. As this music was interpreted in part as a tool for contextualizing the program, it became a foundational influence reflected in varying degrees in his work to this day.
Sun Hammer is an American sound artist who loves eating sweets but restricts his intake with a weekends-only limit, adores mainstream rap, utilizes bass for its healing properties, and identifies as an Enneagram Type Five.
