I had to wait almost 25 years to finally see The Family live, and it was well worth the wait. Seeing them in the best venue in NYC last Saturday, Joe's Pub, was pure heaven (http://www.livestream.com/joespub/video?clipId=pla_e1e556f6-9295-4489-a774-227ad96f622a) on 10/29/2011. Due to Prince legalities, they have changed their name to fDELUXE.

In celebration of 30 years of The Family (fDELUXE), Gaslight, this mix features the musical output and contributions of the members of fDELUXE (Eric Leeds, Susannah Melvoin, St. Paul, and Jellybean Johnson.)
