On the most recent Your Favorite DJ's Favorite DJ, I hung out with Tice Cin, an interdisciplinary artist from North London whose work often focuses on spectralisation, Under-The-Kitchen-Table kids, hood surrealism and memory. She has been commissioned by organizations like Cartier, St. Paul’s Cathedral and Montblanc, was named one of Complex Magazine’s best music journalists of 2021 and 2022 as well as having written for the likes of DJ Mag and Mixmag. Tice is also a DJ and music artist and on this episode we spoke about the importance of underground music, what inspired her novel 'Keeping the House', and how her art has been shaped by growing up in Tottenham. She then played an ethereal club set with tracks from YFDFD alumni Tah, D3NIM, '89 The Brainchild and others. Tice can be found on IG at tice.cin and you can find me at dele.music. Thank you for tuning in and I hope you enjoy this week's show!
