Interval is an interesting particle of any composition and although mix has no silence parts it doesn't mean interval is not an issue in this case. First of all, an hour of music is an interval in itself. Secondly, small portions of musical flow mutually amalgamate one swallowing the other, creating synthesis and finally bringing forth the new. And thirdly tracks juxtaposed when crashed by styles and moods are perfect intervals of some bigger blocks. And this is why people like compositions. And music I guess.
