Most of the mixes on my page were made with the intention to be on a radioshow, but a lot of times I select music just for a friend or myself.
The playlists I make for myself are the most difficult to compile... I try to create a soundtrack for my mood and I want to document my feelings. But when I look at the compilation from a non-emotional point of view, I feel like they are too rough, too corny, too loud, too eclectic, not finished or not interesting to others. And even though I like them a lot, I am not brave enough to share them.
The artists that I put in this selection kinda pushed me to share it. I felt like their songs were also intentionally meant just for themselves because they are so intimite, touching, personal and fragile. But most of all they're beautiful.
So whatever mood you are in, I hope you enjoy this music as much as I do. It sure got me through many moments of late-night-reflection :)
