The Goldarndest Mixtapes: Aliens with Richie Goldarndest (September '23)

Richie Anderson began producing acid and techno music in 1992, with releases on obscure hard techno labels such as ‘Kill Out’ and ‘Drop Bass Network’ under various guises.

Each show will follow a theme which is represented within the music played. If you are interested in contributing to Richie’s research, please get in touch.

Thematic element to this month's show is aliens. Obviously a big potential subject matter, though selectons tend towards 'space age' sounding dance music tracks, and music specifically referencing aliens. There's a huge range of genres traversed through as usual, and the BPM range is extreme, from a gentle 67 to a ludicrous 250. The show will also highlight some really out-of-this-world (sorry!) sound design
