Press Play Repeat is the audiovisual alias of Irish DJ and producer Paul Sheehan, whose globetrotting journey has taken him from Tipperary to London, Spain, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New York, and Los Angeles. A vinyl purist at heart, PPR's crate-digging obsession fuels his desire to fuse techno and electro which push sonic boundaries. As host of Súgradh on éist and The Dig on Dance Nation Radio, he relishes the chance to unearth forgotten gems and champion emerging sounds with listeners worldwide. He also takes time to craft original compositions, most recently ABHAILE for Palestinian station Radio Alhara. Paul will be visiting Saõ Paulo next February; he imagined the energy and vibrant sound of the city and this mix is the result of those feelings.
