This is really in the "Northern Soul 50 - Pete Smith Special" series but there were more than 50 tracks so I called it something else. This one's another boster (translation: it's very good) and I've even tried to keep it in a fairly chronological order so we start with a classic 60's Mod sound and then work our way through The Wheel, Torch, Cats, Wigan, Stafford and beyond...what a DJ spot this would make...and how about that Italian language ender from Paul Anka?
