I must warn you, this one is long – very long – around 165 minutes – and the only reason I stopped then was because it was nearly 4am and it was getting light! This one brings together all of my best Studio One and Coxsone singles, mainly concentrating on the 1967 to 1971 period and deliberately omitting most of the Ska classics, I’ll do those another time. There are a few exceptions at both ends of the scale. Anyway you’ll probably never want to hear another Coxsone Dodd production if you make it through this lot, but if you don’t like all of them, I’m sure you’ll like some.
