THE PETE SMITH NORTHERN SOUL SHOW 15/9/25 – TESTING 1-2-3

Remember a few months ago when I was trying new mixers and the sound was terrible, too loud and distorted? Well my trusty old mixer has had it so I’ve had a go at wiring up the Pioneer again and this time I think I have done it properly. So this is just a test really but it is a 2 hour show. I began with the Immediate and Island labels, then there is a battle between two of my favourite artists, Little Anthony and Garnet Mimms. You may find this a little boring but after this I played some of the best 45’s on the United Artists label. So here’s hoping it sounds as good as I hope it will.
