So here it is then, my top 20 of the 300 Greatest Northern Soul Oldies of all time…I know what you’re going to say…BORING…well that’s as maybe but the rest was bloody good though wasn’t it? The top 2 are the same as when I last did this, in 2009. I have put the number that the record made in the last chart in brackets so you can see what, if any, movement there has been.
