As you know, I always try to bring you the very best in Northern Soul on my mixcasts. But not today. Here are the very worst records that I can remember being played. Obviously if I had The Carstairs "It Really Hurts Me Girl" I would have included that as well but it's banned from my house. These might be bad records, and a lot of them certainly are, but the time that they were played were really fun years, much better than the "it's got to be Black or nothing" mantra of the last 25 years or so. Enjoy, if you can, and remember the good old days. One other thing, I'm using the microphone again but you'll have to turn it up if you actually want to hear what I'm saying about these records.
