SOUND QUALITY IS BAD ON THIS ONE SORRY (Apologies for the abrupt ending on this podcast!) Another in the occasional series of Jamaican covers of well known Soul and R & B tunes. Lots on here I’ve not used before. I have to say though, while doing this, to my great surprise the track I enjoyed the most was one I bought as 13 year old schoolboy, and at the time it was on a par with Wet Dream as being the most notorious record to own – Prince Buster’s adaption of Rainy Night In Georgia, the legendary Big Five. Never quite understand why it was called Big Five though…anyway I hadn’t listened to it for years and it bought back a lot of memories, including that of my brother breaking my copy in half because I kicked him. Those were the days…anyway look out for another new podcast sometime this weekend, got loads of new 45's in which I shall bring to you very shortly..
