This is my personal tribute to John Anderson, who passed away yesterday. John was one of the most important figures to grace the Northern Soul scene, having discovered countless great records, supplied DJ's with exclusives, ran record labels including Grapevine, and even produced early demo sessions by Joy Division. The records played were all originally discovered or supplied by John. He will be sorely missed.
