--Cold Dark Depression-- This time of year hundreds of people suffer from some form of mental health issue. With a joyous holiday at hand a sort of dark cloud hangs in the air. If you or a loved one is suffering, you are not alone. I created the following show gripped by seasonal depression and pushed myself to finish the year off. Take time to heal and find joy in things you love to do. Don't be afraid to ask for help. This will pass. My show starts off with a tribute to Krampus from Centhron.
