NATTŌ was conceived as a party in central Tokyo; an attempt at building a community of like-minded music lovers, giving them four walls to share their wider musical tastes. NATTŌ, by definition, is a fermentation chamber for all & everything. In 2024 the concept evolved into a radio show on a community station in the heart of Shinjuku. From Dubtechno to disco and all sound propagations in between - the show rarely follows a preconceived flow & leans fully into the outer edges of my shelving, while being rooted in dancefloor flavours. Seriously selected music, with a few surprises along the way. - This month’s show consists of a lot of records that rarely see the light of day outside of my record bag. As always, I’ll be doing my very best (despite 37 degree heat here in Tokyo) to be throwing them together in some sort of order for your listening pleasure!
