LGR - Kid606 & Jonathan Snipes (Clipping) Takeover One Child Policy - July 28th 2024

Taking over my show this month are two OG electronic music producers I highly admire - Kid606 and Jonathan Snipes (of the band @clppng).
On a personal note, I found out about Miguel(Kid606)’s music in high school downloading it off Oink and fast forward years later we ended up playing shows together in LA. Jonathan was my sound design professor at UCLA and taught me advanced Max/MSP while also mixed my first record back in 2017.
Jonathan’s mix is a “whole hour of early tigerbeat6/violent turd tracks as a tribute to Miguel“.
I’m proud to have these two on my show.
