Jack is a fantastic kid and a huge lover of music, Jack has cerebral palsy and is a fulltime wheelchair user, he has been given the green light to have something called SDR surgery which will improve his comfort and mobility and prevent his hips from dislocating which is a complication of his condition.
Jack's family need to raise £50,000 and this project is intended to raise much needed funds to help Jack realise his dreams of one day being able to stand up and jump on a bouncy castle.
