He is Micheal O hAodha who has translated Micheal O Conghailes An Island Christmas from the original Irish. It is a tale of Island life on InisTreabhair off Galway Coast in mid 20th century - an interesting record of a lifestyle now gone. He is a lecturer in UL and is a native Irish speaker.
