This week we've got some great topics to go over. I got a great FB message from an excited yet concerned mom whose 8th grader is going to end up as the starting varsity goalie next year. That's pretty cooll, but when you realize her goalie only has about a year and a half of playing experience, you can see why she might be a bit concerned. I lay out a complete plan for how this should go to make it go well, and give a ton of advice on ideas on how this can go horribly wrong. We also discussed why I don't necessarily recommend elbow pads to lacrosse goalies. Surprise, right!?
