Description
Apologies for the lack of shows recently but needed a break for a bit.
Anyway back now with the last show before Christmas and still plenty of musical goodness coming through so going to save playing my favourite tracks of 2015 until the beginning of January.
This week starts with a beautiful rework of Oliver Nelson’s Stolen Moments from Telefon Tel Aviv then its some brand new GoGo Penguin now signed to Blue Note, Badbadnotgood, Jonny Drop, Illa J, Sly Johnson, Havana Cultura, Bembe Segue, King, Eska, re-issues from Tarika Blue and Black Disco, new 2000 Black from Tatham, Mensah, Lord & Ranks, Kneebody & Daedelus, Polyrhythmics, Sampa The Great, Phil Stroud, Astronauts etc, a track from the forthcoming Max Graef Band LP and finishing with some jazz from Kamasi Washington, Gerard Presencer, Ed Motta, Matthias Vogt Trio and Killiam Shakespeare….Remember Christmas is about family for most….embrace it because they won’t always be there XX
