So here is Part 2 of my favourite/best of tracks of 2015. As I compiled these two shows it really made me realise what a great year for music it was in my opinion. It’s ladies first this week with two tracks from Ego Ella May and Andreya Triana followed by Daniel Johns, Leron Thomas’ excellent cover of the Jan Hammer classic, Hanni El Khatib, Mocky, Aroop Roy, Dego, a track from probably one of the biggest LPs of the year from Kendrick Lamar, the still to be released Ricky Reid & The James Lestraunge Orchestra, Floating Points, jazz from Matthew Halsall and Shaun Martin, Axel Boman, Clap,Clap and Kutiman. fresh new tracks from the Submotion Orchestra ft Andrew Ashong, Nicola Conte & Stefania Dipierro, Lay-Far ft Magic Number, Ed Motta, a MCDE remix of Gilles Peterson’s Havana Cultura and Oke plus reworks of Stevie Wonder and little exclusive from Zed Bias reworking Ronnie Foster and a lesser known collaboration from Massive Attack with David Bowie R.I.P. covering some Nat King Cole.
