Description
Haven’t done one of these shows for a while so being the last bank holiday of the year I thought I better make up for it and pull out a few from the collection. Crossing musical boundaries from soul to jazz and Brazilian you can hear tracks from Earth Wind & Fire, Roy Ayers Ubiquity, a couple of previously unreleased Johnny Hammond tracks from the forthcoming extended ‘Gears’ LP, The Ensemble Al Salaam, Stanley Cowell, Newban, Egberto Gismonti, Supertramp, John Blair, Janet Dubois, Madeleine, Carmen McRae, Beloyd, Marvin Gaye, The Dells, James Brown & the Dee Felice Trio, The Aquarians, Duke Pearson, Arthur Verocai, Ramsey Lewis, Terumasa Hino, Johnny Hammond, Kellee Patterson, Lorez Alexander, David T.Walker, Terry Callier and The Chosen Few….
