The Dance is the easiest way to connect to what guides you deep inside, and open to a greater power, an energy that always lives within. You are invited to trust the rhythm & the pulse both in the music, and inside of your very own dance. A lot of us need to re-member trusting, connecting and receiving, and dance is such a good way to practice!
This is a mix I made for my Friday morning Movement Medicine online course. More information at www.movement-medicine.berlin
