This is the Wave I made for my final offering of weekly zoom classes. I called it "Integration Wave" because for me, it was a time of integrating the past year of teaching on zoom. And now it is time to bring the dance outside! I hope you enjoy listening to this Wave from your own home, backyard, forest or beach ~ or wherever the movement takes you! Love, Julie
