Originally I created Volume 1 to help me get to sleep on long-haul flights, and now Volume 2 takes exceedingly mellow tracks from many varied sources including the likes of Groove Armada, King Kooba and even the original soundtrack from the new Battlestar Galactica series of all places (trust me on this one, it does work!). Every track on the CD has been carefully chosen for its soothing aural properties, so lie back, close your eyes and get ready to drift off. Safe journey!
