Heavenly Volume 19 (Lounge/Chillout)

It's the summer holidays so it's gotta be time for some chillage. The 19th mix in the Heavenly series is a musical smorgasbord of laid-back gems from many genres - nu disco, downtempo, soul, acid jazz, funk, latin, lounge, house and ambient. Perfect for bombing out with a few poisons of your persuasion.

Highlights for me include London Grammar's beautiful Hey Now, the classic Funkin' For Jamaica, cool latin-jazz vibes from 52nd Street by Jazz Juice, the epic disco chugger Step Into My Life and what an ending - the strings in American Girl are just divine!
