The secret of getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks, and then starting on the first one " You really don't have to allow lifes challenges to take you down. One step at a time and you will get to the destination you desire. Just don't overload your mind. Take time out to breathe and relax. You are so precious.
