Well dear friends another new week upon us and I sincerely hope it finds you all well and in good form. For the past week or so I have been reflecting on the mental and emotional challenges that some friends are facing in their lives. Yes as we all know very well life is not always easy or indeed fair. For those of you in that difficult moment that I refer to please always remember that sometimes in life we have to make the wrong choices to get to the right place. And never forget that you are one of lifes most wonderful creations. You are truly precious. I hope too that this weeks show will give each and everyone a lot of happiness comfort and inspiration.
