"Room4Movement (or R4M) is a longstanding club night in London hosted by the Uprock / Jazz re:freshed crew. The night was started out of a love of Black music, dance and club culture.

For this week’s R4M mix, we’re taking inspiration from the Motherland. African vibes and influences aplenty, traversing Hip Hop, Soul, Afrobeat, Bruk, and more.
