What is Carnival Tabanca?
Well, a tabanca is defined as an extreme sadness and/or a depression following one's breakup or separation from one's significant other. But, many of us from the Caribbean community suffer from Carnival Tabanca the moment the last truck shuts down on Carnival Monday or in this case when Carnival is cancelled!! it is basically the Carnival blues....

The jazz re:freshed crew has had a very long history with Carnival and soca/calypso music (massive shout goes out to the Flag Party family) so Adam Rockers has dropped a little mix of some of his favourite old skool Carnival tunes.... this will either soothe your Carnival Tabanca or send you spiralling downward in sadness, pain and despair (sounds dramatic but that's Carnival Tabanca for you!)
