We make our way back home today, and, I imagine, it will probably be with a little melancholy. We will end our trip on a laid-back note, with Summer Madness to start us off to bid a fond adieu to a country that at times has been a second home for me. But as they say, the past is a different country and you can never go back. Just enjoy the nostalgia of remembering what it was like to be a different person in that different country.

We look forward to what comes ahead...School starts up again for Little Miss G in a couple of weeks, and we commence the increasingly short runup to Christmas and a new year in just a few short months. And the Summer idyll will fade into the background of the noise that is life.
