I first encountered the first track on today's mix just last weekend.
It is a complete travesty, it should not exist, yet it does. But the more I listened, the bigger my smile grew, and the more I became glad I live in a timeline where this song exists.
I felt it must be shared with those who have yet to behold the shear joy of listening to what is, perhaps, one of the most absurd remixes to ever exist.
But what to mix it with? I delved into my very limited collection of drum n bass tunes and came up with this. Most of these are very old school, 90's and early noughties, and if not straight up DnB, there are definitely DnB or jungley vibes to them.
And one or two newer ones I've picked up from listening to a few of you guys. (Thank you all for making this a great place to be.)
