This mix was originally broadcast on Tuesday, October 24, on di.fm. It holds a special place in my heart, as it is a dedication to my sister, whom I deeply miss. She loved these sounds especially those in the first part of the mix, like Noir Désir’s iconic French song, "Le Vent Nous Portera".
For the rest, I carefully selected tracks that I truly believe she would have enjoyed if she could listen to them today.
Fraternal like twins, soul twins, deeply connected, sharing not just a bond but a passion. Together, we had a meaningful dance project in the works, something we both deeply cared about.......
There are some imperfections in the second part ( a sudden stop lasting 1 or 2 seconds, 2 transitions delayed but quickly caught), a mix filled with nostalgia and emotion.
