Crossing the globe and going to Australia for part 15 of the Matching Souls series. It's time for the one and only DJ Mr Lob a true master of everything between jazz, funk and hip hop. If it has a decent groove Mr Lob knows how to deal with it.
For this set I start off with some jazzy hip hop and fine acid jazz, all of it very funky and soulful. Mr. Lob kicks in for the second part. He comes on heavily with the horns. All tracks are horn driven and very, very funky. Some hip hop blended in even a bit of a ska feel near the end of the mix.
So I suggest to turn the lights low and put on your dancing shoes, it's going on tonight and it will get hot.
