This week I am pleased to bring you an exclusive mix from one of the rising stars of the tokyo grime scene, producer and DJ chocola B

Although not exclusively a grime producer, she, for the moment fits neatly into that world and is ever present at many of the shows and events out in Tokyo. The scene out there is quite small but dedicated and as such there is a real energy and excitement that encapsulates all who are involved within it.

her mix centres around instrumental grime riddims with a few vocal tracks throwing from both Japanese as well as UK mc’s popping up throughout the mix, as well as occasional r&b flavours and oriental sounds.

leading up to this is a little mix from me with new music from Kin klavé, Hypo & Muttley, Polonis, Taiko & a few other bits and pieces to set the tone
