Phil Wainman - Producer of The Sweet & Generation X - Wanted

Phil Wainman was a record producer for The Sweet, Mud, The Sensational Alex Harvey Band (SAHB) The Bay City Rollers, Boomtown Rats, Generation X and a great drummer in his own right as well as a songwriter (and now a latter day entrepreneur and property developer). He played with The Paramounts, Jimmy Cliff as well as being in his own band, originally, too. He had a minor hit in his own right while still at school, earning him a spot on ITV's Ready Steady Go in 1965, which led to another later 1965 appearance on RSG with The Paramounts on Blue Ribbons.
