22 year old Californian Nicholas Morera released his debut album 'Foam on the Waves of Space-Time' last year on NonProjects. As well as the usual digital formats, the album was available in a cassette version first which sold out quickly. A second edition, in red tape, has been made available.
With studies in experimental music composition under his belt, Nicholas' is certainly pushing the boundaries. Encompassing beats, drones, ambient and more, but some how none of these labels quite get to the heart of what he does. Here then is a mix including some of his current listening, inspirations and his own works.
