Description
Our extended commentary this week during the show for this week (it takes up about the 1st hour and a half of the radio show) after being back from some illness from the past 2 weeks touched base on the crazy winter weather in the U.S., net neutrality finally passing via the FCC in the United States (for now), the FOX soap opera "Empire" becoming a huge thing in current popular culture and our feelings on how the TV series has developed & Black broadcast TV at large, the passing of actor Leonard Nimoy & basketball player Anthony Mason, actress Monique talking about being blackballed in Hollywood & issues with director Lee Daniels, various Grammys & Oscar Award controversies from this year (with Kanye West's "Artist of the Year" complaint, Beyonce singing the lead song from the movie "Selma" instead of the original artist Ledisi, Patricia Arquette's terribly misguided backstage statements, etc.) and some other things here and there.
And then we get into the music mixes!
