campfires, radio frequencies, lots of water, energy infrastructure, and what we thought sounded like wind, although it turns out it’s modular synths and homemade string instruments. but you won’t hold that against us, will you? we begin this edition with a framework blooper, recorded right here in estonia, and travel the aporee maps to chad, uganda, and greece. we ourselves are off this week, to attend the annual CENSE (central european network for sonic ecologies) beyond listening symposium, resounding the rights of nature in gdansk. we’ll be seeing tomasz pizio there, this week’s campfire recorder, and several other regular framework contributors – perhaps we’ll see you there as well?
