Useless, like fists (Eclectic Playlist Series 6.01)

With the year 2019 begins the sixth yearly iteration of the Eclectic Playlist Series, which defiantly gathers together music from different decades and different genres and sub-genres, mostly but not exclusively rock-oriented. The general idea is that you probably like more than one kind of music, and probably have the mental bandwidth to accept the idea that the song you are about to hear does not have to answer the robotic "people who like X also like Y" methodology which the technologists have brainlessly brought to the music industry.

Bottom line: you won't in many other places hear October Project segue into the Buzzcocks.

And a reminder: no individual artist is featured on more than one EPS mix per year. January wipes the slate clean. But even so, 14 of the 20 artists featured this month have never appeared on a previous playlist. Diversity: it's unstoppable!
