I like it here, at least so far (Eclectic Playlist Series, 2.04)

In some ways this playlist grew out of a perhaps perverse determination to work the overlooked Paul Simon gem "Adios Hermanos" into a playlist. Probably can't be done but I tried. And kind of go all over the place as a result, from the '80s-oriented opening section through what may be the world's first ever Strokes into Petula Clark segue (and, potentially, the last). Speaking of overlooked gems, how about "No More Looking Back" as one of the greatest neglected songs of the entire classic rock era? Back to the present day, I find singer/songwriter Jessie Baylin's work to be of much higher quality than her recognition factor would suggest; her new album is a worthy discovery for any age.
