The City of Chicago created the buzz for House music which led to others cities in the Usa to come with their versions of House music. New York, New Jersey & Detriot.
However, there was a 2nd Push from Chicago, Usa - with regards to the music that they like to call their own - which is House music - to re-establish their dominence in the music.
And in it came from these 3 House music producers:
1. Steve "Silk" Hurley
2. Maurice Joshua
3. Esmoove
Who all worked within the team known as ID PRODUCTIONS based in Chicago, USA
For at at 2 to 3 years ( During the early 1990's) the Id production sound was one of the most successful sounds within House music. It led to the Production team helping to provided mixes for artist such as Michael Jackson, Madonna, Was Not was , etc.
This led to other areas in the "house music" world to double their efforts - such as the Uk & Italy step up to the mark as well. Have a listen
