Fresh from Italy, Dante comes in this week with a disco style which makes the continent sing. Europe and the UK really perfected this sound in the decades that followed disco in the US. Hip basslines and well-placed vocal snippets bring a lightness of heart and mood. The set makes great use of real instruments sounds while keeping the energy upfront. There is a nice, expansive lull half way through then energy returns briefly until the DJ walks us gracefully to some funky house at the close.
