We all radiate outward like the sun, with an intrinsic brightness ever shining & luminous. However, sometimes on the dance floor we experience self-consciousness, and we hold ourselves back from our bodies’ full expression of movement. Yet even when clouded emotions cover over our innate brilliance, this light within shimmers with our splendor.
This Wednesday’s Mindful Meltdown is an invitation to explore the freedom to fully dance your inner shine, no matter what, and set the night aglow.
