Tiznit is a Town in southern Morocco, that's where the Sahraouis board Buses to take them home after they spent some time doing business or visiting family in the region. The Sahraoui women are tallish, large and have a commanding presence, preceding their husbands who are mostly small, wiry guys who follow these formidable creatures laden with all kinda parcels and luggage and stuff all over trying to keep up with them.If they don't,the reprimand is swift and often scathing..."Yalla,Mohammed tlaeh!" ("C'm on Mohammed jump to it!"),and poor Mohammed "jumps to it". The women clearly wear the pants down there... There are five distinct groups of people living in Morocco. The Arabs, the Berbers (They don't call themselves that, but it makes this easier to explain),the Jews, the Fassi and perhaps 0.1% Christians...they're all Moroccans they all respect each other and live together in peace.
