Kensington Avenue,Philadelphia P.A...not unlike "Bahnhof Zoo" in Berlin,"Kocher Park" in Bern or "Letten" in Zuerich used to be before they cleaned it up...I never understood why the authorities criminalize hard drugs and users.Just give them what they crave.At least the quality is controlled and it's clean and would be affordable.No more small time criminality,but there's too much money involved in keeping it illegal...which is probably the reason for criminalizing these poor souls.Generating enormous profits for the criminals and enormous costs for the tax payers.Bringing corruption and sickness to communities.There are other reasons this is happening all over the world,but this ain't the place to get into this.
Legalization would make all this shit go away,as long as it stays as it is there'll never be a way out.
